Please make payable to Kairos Center for Change in the full amount of $450 if registering before June 4, 2022 with KR on the memo line. Early payment tuition must be received by June 4^th at PO Box 110, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866, or Paypal. Tuition after June 4th is $475. After June 6th, no refunds are available.

Accommodations and Pricing:

Kairos Center retreat provides minimalist accommodations designed to support your program experience, fostering simplicity without ( internet, phone, television), some challenge (tenting, outdoor hose fed shower), and spaces for physical activity and renewal (walking path, Labyrinth, kayaks, swimming, interspiritual prayer/meditation tent). A grill and a refrigerator are the only amenities.

Participants are required to bring their own tents for sleeping. Inquire if you are in need of a air mattress rental or tent.

Recommended items to bring: bug repellant, layered clothing, bathing suit, , soap, washcloth, towel, pillow, raincoat or slicker, sleeping bag, pillow, comfortable walking shoes.

Five meals, with vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free options from local restaurants is included in the cost of your stay. Thank you for noting any dietary restrictions/allergies above.

Cancellation Policy for Accommodations: On or before June 6th, 2022, a 50% refund will be provided. After June 6^th, no refunds are available

Release, Waiver and Indemnity Agreement

In order to participate in any of the Kairos Center for Change Programs, including the Kairos Method Model taught by Rachel Magnell, Ph.D., please read the following carefully and sign below attesting that you understand and agree to the conditions of your stay:

1. I accept full responsibility for reporting all medical and/or psychological issues that could have any impact on my physical or psychological well-being while participating in this workshop. This information will be kept strictly confidential. Provide in the space provided:

2. I accept full responsibility for any risks to my person and psyche and to my property by accident, injury, illness, damage or otherwise while attending and participating in the program, and I agree I am attending and participating in the program voluntarily.

3. I for myself, my heirs, executors, successors and assigns, hereby release, waive and forever discharge Kairos Center for Change, Kairos Method Workshop, Rachel Magnell, Ph.D. and any other person in any way associated with the program, of and from all claims, demands, and damages, expenses, actions and causes of action whether in law or in equity in respect of any accident, injury, illness or loss or damage to my person or property however caused arising directly or indirectly because of or in any way connected with my attendance at and participation in the program, whether prior to, during, or subsequent to the program and notwithstanding that the same may be contributed or occasioned by my negligence.

4. I understand that this is an educational program only. It is not psychotherapy. However, it is expected and strongly encouraged that all participants take their personal material back to their own analyst or psychotherapist for further integration. The program is designed only for group learning and processing.

5. Spiritual Direction/Coaching is optional. Since this is an educational program, it is expected that a participant is able to take care of her own person, psyche and property for the duration of the weekend. However, in the remote possibility of an unanticipated event, the instructors reserve the right to ask a participant to leave, if, in their opinion, there is a possibility of damage occurring to the person’s body or psyche. A pro-rated refund will be given. Travel expenses will not be reimbursed.

6. I consent to receive medical treatment in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during the program.

7. I consent to honor the cancellation policy, acknowledging that refunds will not be available after June 6, 2022.
