Providing consultation for female clinicians, lawyers, doctors, nurses, and first responders confronting burnout, a career crossroad, and/or countertransference. Unmasked countertransference can be held emotionally, spiritually, and physically for years with futile attempts to compartmentalize, tolerate, transcend, or even treat with traditional mental health services. It is awareness that needs to be integrated that challenges one to face formerly cut off experiences in a direct and highly reverent manner.
